Painting Parties are Perfect for Fundraising
Looking for an original fundraising idea for your nonprofit organization or group that everyone will have fun participating in?
All you have to provide is a room with tables and some refreshments and we'll bring the rest. People of all ages and skill levels will have a blast painting for a good cause and leaving with a painting they will be proud to display in their home.
You decide how much to charge above our $30 per person base rate.
You can even raise additional funds by selling food and drinks at your party. Our base rate includes all art supplies, table covering, aprons and expert instruction for 2 hours. You are welcome to provide any food or drink (please read our policy below for more details.)
Register your guests and collect fees
We'll list your event right here on our website and participants can register online and/or you can sell tickets and pay us prior to the party (please read our policy below for more details.) Each guest will receive a reminder email prior to the party date.
Pick a Painting for your Party
Choose any of the designs in our Gallery for your event. Or, we'll work with you to design something special for your event.
A minimum of 10 people are required to be registered prior to 3 days of the party date.
A base rate of $30 per person is required. The host non-profit organization will set the party registration price and keep the balance that exceeds the $30 per person base rate. Any balance above $30 collected via online registration will be reimbursed to the host organization within 7 days of the party date.
If the event is cancelled less than 3 days prior to the party date, a credit toward a future party will be issued.
Please note that food/drinks are not provided by "Deb's Little Red Wagon."
The host organization will provide the venue and adhere to all of the venue's policies regarding the sale of food and drink and obtain permission to hold the event.
Larger canvas projects and other special tutorials that require 3 hours: $50 per person.
